How long does it take?
3-5 working days in Italy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently only in Italy and Europe.

Yes, we use Shopify Payments with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. This option is available at checkout.
Returns and warranty
Can I return Lampcake?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt for a free return (undamaged product, in the original box).
How does the warranty work?
2 years on manufacturing defects.
Contact us at info@aalf.com and we'll resolve the issue right away.
What does the warranty cover?
Material and workmanship defects. Does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
Technical and maintenance
Can I replace the light bulb?
Yes! Use E27 LED max 10W, 2700K to maintain the original warm light.
Can the cable be replaced?
Yes, it's a European standard. For replacements, please contact us for assistance.
Is Lampcake dimmable?
It depends on the bulb. Use a dimmable E27 LED bulb if you want to adjust the brightness (dimmer not included).
Sustainability and certifications
Is Green Cast® really sustainable?
Yes. Certified 100% recycled, carbon-free production, infinitely recyclable.
What do I do at the end of the product's life?
Lampcake is 100% recyclable. Contact us for a collection program (under development) or dispose of it at a PMMA recycling center.
Brand and philosophy
Who is Alessia Colonna?
Product designer and co-founder of AALF.
He designed Lampcake in the LOFT of family where he lives with Federico and his sons Leonardo and Achille.
What does AALF mean?
Authentic, Artful Loft Foundation. But also Alessia , Achille , Leonardo , Federico - our names.
Why "Lampcake"?
It’s called Lampcake because it’s inspired by the pancake tower we make at every brunch at home.
